What is this programme?
The Business Analysis Certificate from ecertificate.pro is an independent, self-paced online program covering analysis of affected parties, requirements elicitation, BPMN process mapping and acceptance criteria writing, with roughly 24 hours of study and a practical submission. It is issued by ecertificate.pro on its own authority: it is not government-approved, not accredited by any official education body, and it does not grant a professional license, title or legal qualification. It is not equivalent to, affiliated with or endorsed by professional credentials such as IIBA's CBAP or PMI-PBA, and it does not guarantee a job, an interview or a salary increase. Each certificate carries a unique verification code that resolves only in the ecertificate.pro database; no third-party registry holds a copy of the record. Its practical value is the evidence behind it — the diagrams, rules catalogs and criteria you produce and can show in a portfolio or a hiring conversation.
Who it is for
Junior and aspiring business analysts, product owners and project coordinators who already write requirements but without a repeatable method; operations and process specialists documenting how work really flows; developers, testers and support leads who keep receiving vague tickets and want to push back with structure; consultants moving from delivery work into analysis.
What you will be able to do
- Turn a one-line business request into a scoped problem statement, a context diagram and a measurable objective with named constraints.
- Build a register of every affected group using the onion model, place each one on an influence and interest grid, and assign RACI roles per deliverable.
- Run structured interviews and facilitated workshops that produce evidence, keeping a raw elicitation log separate from the analyzed requirement.
- Model as-is and to-be processes in BPMN 2.0 with pools, lanes, gateways, message and timer events, plus cycle time and rework loop annotations.
- Write user stories, a numbered business rules catalog with decision tables, and non-functional requirements stated as measurable thresholds.
- Rank scope with MoSCoW and weighted scoring, and maintain a traceability matrix from objective to requirement to design element to test case.
- Write Given / When / Then acceptance criteria covering alternate paths, error handling and boundary values, then run a UAT cycle with defect triage.

How it works
Learning format
Self-paced written material, downloaded from your dashboard. No fixed schedule and no live sessions — you work through it when it suits you.
Material delivery
Everything appears in your dashboard as soon as your payment is confirmed. Files are served only to your signed-in session.
Prerequisites
None beyond experience in any office or operational role. No coding, no statistics and no prior certification required. You need a computer, a diagramming tool (draw.io, Lucidchart or Visio all work — free options are fine) and a spreadsheet application. All materials and templates are in English.
Completion
You work through the modules at your own pace, then complete a graded final assessment plus one practical submission: a context diagram, a BPMN process map and an acceptance criteria set for a supplied case. Once both are passed, the certificate with its unique verification code is published in your private ecertificate.pro panel — it is never sent as an email attachment.
Your certificate
Once your completion is confirmed, we prepare your certificate and upload it to your dashboard, normally within 24–48 hours. You receive an e-mail as soon as it is there — you never have to chase it.
Refunds
Because the material is delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are non-refundable once the files have been made available to your account. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.
