Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of ecertificate.pro (“we”, “us”) and your purchase of our digital products (training materials and e-certificates). By ordering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of Products & Delivery
- All products are digital. There is no physical shipment.
- Access and delivery occur in your Dashboard after successful payment.
- Certificates are issued to the Certificate Email you provide and become downloadable in Dashboard → My Orders.
- Typical issuance time is 24–48 hours after confirmed completion of the program. Timelines may vary for operational reasons.
2. Account, Accuracy & Security
- You must provide accurate details (name on certificate and certificate email). We are not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and restricting access to your devices.
3. Digital Content – No Returns / No Refunds
Because access to digital content is provided immediately and is inherently non-returnable, all sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
4. Statutory Withdrawal (EU/UK where applicable)
If your local law grants a right of withdrawal for digital content, you expressly request immediate access to the content and acknowledge that you waive any withdrawal right once delivery has started, to the extent permitted by law. We record your consent at checkout.
5. Payments, 3-D Secure & Descriptors
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe and may require 3-D Secure (3DS) authentication for fraud prevention.
- Your card statement may display our company name (e.g., ZENITH TECH LLC) and/or a short product reference.
6. Anti-Fraud, Logging & Evidence
To protect customers and the business against abuse and chargebacks, we keep technical logs of critical actions (account creation, terms acceptance, order creation, payment confirmation, certificate issuance, downloads). Logs may include timestamp, IP address and user agent. We also use 3DS results where applicable. We may provide this evidence to payment processors, card schemes, or judicial authorities in case of a dispute.
7. Chargebacks
- Please contact support before opening a chargeback—we resolve most issues quickly.
- If a chargeback is raised, we will respond with delivery records, logs, access traces, terms acceptance records and/or 3DS results.
- Unfounded or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or recovery actions.
8. License & Acceptable Use
- Digital materials are licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use. Redistribution, resale or automated scraping is prohibited.
- You agree not to attempt to circumvent access controls or license restrictions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. No rights are granted except as explicitly stated.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply where required.
