Every ecertificate.pro certificate carries a unique code that can be checked in our own database. Here is what a verification result shows an employer, what it keeps private, and how to spot a forged document.
Certificate verification on ecertificate.pro is a database lookup: every certificate the platform issues carries a unique verification code, and anyone holding that code can check it on ecertificate.pro to confirm the certificate is genuine, which program it covers, and when it was issued. The lookup returns certificate facts only — status, holder name as issued, program name, issuing organisation, issue date — and never exposes the holder's email address, payment records, or account activity. ecertificate.pro is an independent online training platform that has issued certificates since 2016. A verified certificate confirms that a named person completed a program here; it is not government-approved, not officially accredited by any software vendor, and it grants no licence, official title, or guarantee of employment.
Here is how that check runs, what it deliberately refuses to show, and how to read a certificate someone hands you.
Each certificate is issued with one unique verification code. It is printed on the document itself, shown on the certificate page inside the holder's account, and carried by the verification link and the QR code on the document, so the same code reaches a checker whichever route they take.
The code is generated at random rather than counted upward, and that is deliberate. A sequential number invites anyone to increment a digit and walk the whole register, learning how many certificates exist and who holds them. A random code closes that door: it is useful only to someone who already has it, which leaves the holder in control of who can run a check.
The QR code carries one thing only: the verification URL. No name, no email address, no order reference is encoded in those squares. If a QR code on a document hands over personal data, it did not come from here.
Status is the part most people overlook, and it carries the real information. A record can be Active (issued and valid), Replaced (a corrected version exists, with a link to it), Revoked (withdrawn, with the date shown), or simply Not found. Anyone who only asks "does this code exist?" is asking half the question: a withdrawn certificate still exists as a record, and the register says so openly rather than quietly returning nothing.
One point of honesty, because platforms in this space often blur it: the lookup happens in the ecertificate.pro database and nowhere else. We do not write entries into any software vendor's system, any government register, or any third-party credential directory. A verification result is our own statement about our own record.
The verification page is built around a single rule: it answers questions about the certificate, never about the holder's account or payment history.

A verification page has to answer a stranger's question without handing that stranger a profile. It confirms the document and the name on it — which is the whole point of the check — and stops there. Result pages are not written for search engines to index either, so a certificate does not turn into a public page that ranks for someone's name. Nothing is visible until the holder gives out the code, which keeps the decision to be checked with the person the record describes.
ecertificate.pro delivers certificates into the holder's private account area. The file is not attached to an email. To download it you sign in, and every download is recorded against your account. That choice is about security, not about adding friction.
A PDF proves nothing on its own — anyone with design software can produce a convincing-looking document in an hour. The code carries the weight. If you are checking a document someone sent you, work through this order:
Warning signs worth acting on: no verification code anywhere on the document; a code that returns nothing; a verification page that asks you to sign in or pay before showing a result (ours never does); and, importantly, any claim printed on the document that it is government-approved, officially accredited, or grants a professional title. A genuine ecertificate.pro certificate makes no such claim, because the claim would not be true.
A verified ecertificate.pro certificate is evidence of exactly four things: that the named person completed a specific program on this platform, on a specific date, that the record was issued by ecertificate.pro, and that the record is still valid today. That is a real, checkable statement, and a useful one to show an employer alongside your other evidence.
It is not a licence. It is not a government qualification. It is not issued or approved by the software companies whose products some of our programs describe — our platform-focused programs, such as BC Pro or Playtech Pro, are independent training, not vendor certification. It does not guarantee a job, an interview, or a salary band. Any training provider that tells you otherwise is selling you a claim rather than a skill.
If a check returns nothing, the usual explanations are simple: a typing error with characters that look alike, a certificate issued in an older format before codes were printed on the document, or a withdrawn record. Holders can always read their own code from their account page, which is the authoritative copy. The verification page also limits how many checks one visitor can run in quick succession, so an unusual burst of rapid lookups may be slowed down — a protection against anyone trying to guess their way into the register.
Verification is not a badge bolted onto a design template. It is what separates a document that merely asserts something from a record that can be checked — so that what a hiring manager learns about your certificate is a fact, not a promise.
The code is printed on the certificate itself and shown on your certificate page inside your ecertificate.pro account. Because certificates are delivered to your account rather than as an email attachment, your account page is always the authoritative copy: even if you lose the file, the code is still there.

Email addresses, phone numbers, payment references, amounts, invoices, internal order numbers, and support notes are never displayed to anyone running a check.

An emailed file cannot be corrected or withdrawn once it has been forwarded and archived, and mail filters routinely drop attachments. Delivering into your account means access requires signing in, every download is recorded against your account, and the current valid version is always the one shown to you.
It means a corrected version of that certificate has been issued, most often after fixing a spelling in the holder's name. The old code keeps working and openly reports its status, with a link to the current record, instead of silently disappearing.
Treat it with caution. Certificates issued in our older format may not carry a printed code, in which case the holder can read their code from their account and give it to you. If nothing resolves at ecertificate.pro/verify, the document on its own proves nothing.
