What is this programme?
The Mobile App Development Fundamentals Certificate from ecertificate.pro is a self-paced online program covering how iOS and Android apps are structured, how screens are connected into a navigation graph, how data is stored on the device, how runtime permissions are requested and refused, and how a signed build is published to the App Store and Google Play. What you will be able to do

- Model an app as a screen graph — stack pushes, tab roots, modal sheets, nested graphs — and implement deep links that open the correct screen from a URL on both platforms.
- Build layouts that hold up across safe areas and display cutouts, maximum dynamic type, dark mode, right-to-left mirroring, landscape and tablet widths, not only on the one simulator you develop against.
- Select the right local storage mechanism per data type: key-value preferences, a relational store through Room or Core Data, plain files in the correct directory, and Keychain or Android Keystore for tokens.
- Write a schema migration for a database that already exists on installed devices, so an update does not wipe or corrupt user data.
- Implement a runtime permission cycle that explains the reason in context, survives a permanent refusal, and matches the iOS purpose strings, Android manifest entries and store privacy forms.
- Produce a signed IPA and Android App Bundle, complete App Store Connect and Play Console listing and privacy fields, and run a staged rollout with a defined halt threshold and hotfix path.

Prerequisites

Completion
Work through the eight modules at your own pace, then pass a multiple-choice assessment plus a short applied task: submit a screen-flow diagram and a storage and permission plan for an app idea of your own. A pass releases the certificate to your private panel on ecertificate.pro, where you can download it together with its unique verification code.
Your certificate
