What is this programme?
AWS Cloud Essentials Certificate is a self-paced online course from ecertificate.pro that covers the core of Amazon Web Services: EC2 and Auto Scaling for compute, S3, EBS and EFS for storage, VPC subnets, routing and security groups for networking, IAM users, roles and policies for access control, and Cost Explorer, AWS Budgets and tagging for spend management. It takes about 20 hours and ends with an online assessment; passing it issues a certificate inside your ecertificate.pro panel, and every certificate carries a unique verification code that can be checked only in the ecertificate.pro database. The certificate is issued by ecertificate.pro as an independent training provider. It is not a government-approved qualification, it is not accredited by any official body, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon Web Services - it is not the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or any other AWS credential. It does not grant a licence, a protected title or a guarantee of employment; it documents the training you completed and the work you can demonstrate.
Who it is for
Junior cloud and DevOps engineers, backend developers moving workloads to AWS, IT support staff and system administrators inheriting an existing account, and technical project leads who need to read AWS architecture diagrams and monthly invoices with confidence.
What you will be able to do
- Choose an EC2 instance family and size for a given workload, launch it from a launch template with user data, and place it behind an Application Load Balancer inside an Auto Scaling group.
- Pick the right S3 storage class for an access pattern and write lifecycle rules that move objects into the Glacier tiers, alongside versioning, Block Public Access and default encryption settings.
- Design a VPC with public and private subnets, size CIDR ranges that will not collide with future networks, and explain when traffic needs a NAT gateway, a gateway endpoint, or neither.
- Read an IAM JSON policy line by line - Effect, Action, Resource, Condition - and replace long-lived access keys with roles, instance profiles and sts:AssumeRole.
- Configure AWS Budgets alerts, activate cost allocation tags, and use Cost Explorer to trace a monthly invoice back to the exact resources that produced it.
- Compare On-Demand, Savings Plans, Reserved Instances and Spot capacity, and estimate a monthly bill in the AWS Pricing Calculator before anything is deployed.
- Diagnose the usual first-month cost surprises: idle NAT gateways, unattached EBS volumes, forgotten snapshots, cross-AZ data transfer and log groups with no retention policy.

How it works
Learning format
Self-paced written material, downloaded from your dashboard. No fixed schedule and no live sessions — you work through it when it suits you.
Material delivery
Everything appears in your dashboard as soon as your payment is confirmed. Files are served only to your signed-in session.
Prerequisites
Comfort with a terminal (ssh and basic shell commands) and a working idea of IP addresses, DNS and HTTP. No prior AWS experience is assumed. A personal AWS account helps for practice; nearly every exercise is designed to fit inside the Free Tier, and each module ends with teardown steps so nothing keeps charging.
Completion
Work through the eight modules at your own pace and pass the final online assessment, which covers service selection, IAM policy reading, VPC routing and cost analysis. Once you pass, the certificate is issued to your private ecertificate.pro panel with a unique verification code.
Your certificate
Once your completion is confirmed, we prepare your certificate and upload it to your dashboard, normally within 24–48 hours. You receive an e-mail as soon as it is there — you never have to chase it.
Refunds
Because the material is delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are non-refundable once the files have been made available to your account. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.
